At Ultiem Airsoft, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy, we offer a straightforward return policy.

1. Return Period
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. See the return procedure below.

2. Conditions for Returning
To ensure a successful return, the following criteria must be met:

Product Condition:

• Must be in original, undamaged condition
• Unwashed, unused, and free from visible wear or damage
• All labels, stickers, and accessories must be included

Original Packaging:

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective covers, boxes or plastic bags. If the original packaging is missing, please contact us via the contact page.

Documentation:

Include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation with your return

3. Non-Returnable Products
Certain products cannot be returned for legal or practical reasons:

• Personalized items: customized, printed, or made-to-order products
• Gifts: digital or physical gift cards
• Sale items (unless defective)
• Damaged through use: products showing wear or damage like scratches, tears, or water damage

4. Return Process

Step 1: Register Your Return

You will then receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and, where applicable, a return label.

Step 2: Package the Product

• Pack the item carefully, preferably in the original packaging
• Include a copy of your packing slip, invoice, or order confirmation

Step 3: Ship the Return

• Use the provided return label or send the package to the given address
• For returns at your own cost, choose a trackable shipping method and keep the proof of shipment

Step 4: Processing & Confirmation

• After receiving your return, we will confirm via email
• Items are inspected within 3 business days of receipt

5. Return Shipping Costs

Free Returns:

• For defective or incorrect items

Returns at Your Own Cost:

• For personal reasons (wrong size, color, etc.), shipping is at your expense
• Unfranked or insufficiently franked returns will be refused and must be reshipped at your cost
• If a return affects free shipping eligibility, shipping costs may be recalculated and deducted from the refund

6. Refunds & Processing

• Refund Period: up to 10 business days after inspection
• Payment Method: refunded via the original payment method
• Transaction Fees: For full returns of an order paid with Klarna, PayPal, or credit card, 3% of the order amount may be deducted to cover the transaction fees incurred when placing the order.
• Rejected Returns: if a return does not meet the conditions, we will contact you to discuss options (e.g., repackaging or return at your cost)

If a product is delivered defective or damaged:

Include photos of the defect and a clear description.
